बदहाल सरकारी स्कूल

बदहाल सरकारी स्कूल किसी भी राष्ट्र कि पूंजी उसके नागरिक होते हैं. लोकतांत्रिक राज्यों में उनकी महत्ता तो और अधिक ही है क्यूंकि नागरिक उस देश के लिए नेता चुनते हैं जो ये प्रयास करें कि देश आगे बढ़े, प्रगति करे और साथ में उसके नागरिक भी. इसी कड़ी में आगे बढ़ते हुए कल्याणकारी राष्ट्र कि संकल्पना की गई, नागरिकों के स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा की ज़िम्मेदारी संविधान द्वारा सरकार के ऊपर तय की गई. भारतीय संविधान में शिक्षा को समवर्ती सूचि में रखा गया है तथा अनुच्छेद 21- अ के तहत मुफ्त और अनिवार्य शिक्षा को 6-14 आयु वर्ग के बच्चों का मौलिक अधिकार माना गया है. साथ ही 2009 के शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत भी भारतीय राज्य शिक्षा के प्रति संकल्पबद्ध है. ये तो हुई कानून के दायरे में आने वाले कुछ नियमों और अधिकारों की जिनका पालन करना न सिर्फ नेताओं का बल्कि नागरिकों का भी काम है. आज़ादी के सत्तर साल बाद और शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम के सत्रह साल बाद भी हम दावे के साथ इस प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं दे सकते की क्या सरकारी स्कूलों में शिक्षा ग्रहण करने वाले बच्चे गुणवत्तायुक्त   शिक्षा ग्रहण कर रहें हैं? क्या वे

नफरतों के इस दौर मे

हर तरफ सवाल हैं लेकिन जवाब कुछ सूझ नहीं रहा और जिन्हें जवाब देने की जिम्मेदारियां मिली हैं उनकी ख़ामोशी समझ में नहीं आती. ये हकीक़त है आज के दौर के हिन्दुस्तान की, जहां इस देश का आम नागरिक हर तरह की राजनीतिक उठापटक से दूर अपने रोज़ मर्रा की ज़िन्दगी चलाने और दो जून की रोटी जुटाने में सब कुछ फरामोश किये बैठा है और देश के नौजवान सोशल मीडिया के सहारे साजिशों के चंगुल में फंस के नफरतों को बढ़ावा देने में जोर शोर से लगे बैठे हैं. गायक और कलाकार फनकारी के अलावा नफरतों का कारोबार भी करने लगे हैं, जबसे अज़ान और गुरुवाणी उन्हें शोर लगने लगे हैं. खुल के बोलनेवाली महिलाएं उन्हें बेशरम लगती हैं, उनपे देह व्यापार में लिप्त होने का इलज़ाम लगा कर अपनी मर्दानगी और पुख्ता   करते हैं. यहाँ रोज़ किसी अहमद या किसी राफिया से उसके देशभक्त होने का सुबूत माँगा जाता है, और किसी दलित से आरक्षण छोड़ देने की मांग की जाती है. समझ में तो ये नहीं आता कि   किसी भी धर्म को अपनाने या बहुसंख्यक धर्म को अस्वीकार करने से लोगों की देशभक्ति क्यों कटघरे में आ खड़ी होती है? हिन्दुस्तान में रहने वाले मुस्लिम बाशिंदे भले इस्लाम धर्
